I have been trying my baoding in both hands they must be a left hand set or I am a suppressed lefty. Would not surprise me my sister is left handed. I am old enough to have been forced to be right handed. I am left eye dominant, and practice shooting with either hand as trigger hand.

It no longer feels like I am going to drop them off my right hand. A few minutes before bed and a few minutes in the morning breeds familiarity.
Sam, are you using the Tacti-Balls, or a different baoding ball set? I suffer from arthritis in one of my hands (“trigger finger,” specifically) and have been trying to remember to use the Tacti-Balls more to develop more flexibility.
At present just the tacti-balls. I am considering a solid copper set. In resarching copper is supposed to benefit arthritis. They will weigh more so it maybe 3 times a week copper four times coated steel.
In response to the question of suppressed lefty when I was in fourth grade. My sister had bruised left hand a few times. Evidently she was using it to write with. The teacher would hit it with a ruler to encourage right hand penmanship. I am four years older.
Blindfolded! I tried just not watching, it worked great. Small of back, shoulder holster, hip, etc. No guns just manipulate Tacti-Balls in those positions. Don’t forget to dry draw, with a gun, too so you know what you are doing.
