[2AD Gun Rights Alert] Guess Who’s “Red Flagging” Your Guns!

It was 5:17 in morning.

Before the sun was up, armed men and women were gathered outside the door of a surburban home.

When they pounded on the door, shouting for the homeowner to open up, they didn't care how early it was.

They were there for one reason:

To confiscate all the guns inside.

And what neither the cops nor the man woken up out of a sound sleep understood was…

Your Neighbors, Friends, & Family Will RED FLAG YOU… And You'll HELP Them Do It!

2AD Gun Rights Alert: Red Flag Gun Laws And The Danger To Your Second Amendment Rights

61-year-old Gary J. Willis of Maryland didn't want to give up his legally purchased, legally owned guns.

He had committed no crime.

His weapons weren't illegal.

But Willis was “red flagged” – tagged as guilty until proven innocent because somebody he knew thought he might be unsafe with a firearm.

It could have been anyone.

His friends, his family, his coworkers… even people on social media might have “blown in” Willis' name to the authorities.

And when he answered his door just after 5 in the morning with a gun… it was all over for him.

That's the danger of “red flag” laws – but you probably don't think you “act dangerous,” so that doesn't apply to you, right?

Think again, amigo!

Just recently it happened to Brandon Wagshol of Connecticut.

See, Brandon Wagshol had friends and relatives on social media who didn't share his views on guns.

(You know, just like we all do.)

That's why Brandon was arrested for sharing a meme!

“What I understand is that he didn't make any comments on Facebook, but there may have been other memes, as they call them, that he might have reposted,” said Wagshol's lawyer.

If it can happen to a man just for sharing a meme, it can happen to any of us.

Red flag laws are becoming more and more common, and at the same time, police are starting to rely on information they get online about you to build “criminal profiles” of people who haven't committed crimes yet.

Those profiles try to predict, based on their own biases, just who the “bad people” are.

And you might be shocked to find out that includes YOU.

By our government's own official documents, it's U.S. citizens who…

  • Believe strongly in the 2nd Amendment
  • Are concerned with the direction of govt.
  • Buy guns and ammunition
  • Store survival food and other supplies
  • Are Christian… military… or “conservative”

And that only scratches the surface of who they are looking to “red flag” as potential mass shooters and domestic terrorists!

So let me ask you…

Do YOU fit any of those “red flags” listed above?

It doesn't matter if you trust all your friends and family, either.

(It doesn't even matter if you don't argue with gun-grabbers on social media, although I bet a lot of you do.)

Just two years ago, the Boston police backed off plans to invest in social media software that would simply comb sites like Facebook, looking for “evidence” of crimes.

They wouldn't even need a person to “red flag” somebody; the computers could do it for them.

And it's all made possible by the fact that you, and all the people you know, are posting information about yourselves online.

You think it's harmless.

You think it's your right and your freedom of speech to express your opinions.

Well, you're not wrong about that – but it doesn't matter if THEY can use it to throw you in jail!

Right now, lawmakers on BOTH sides of the aisle are talking about making it easier to “red flag” you and take away your gun rights.

They're also talking about restricting free speech, including putting “potentially dangerous” people on watchlists.

“If you see something, say something,” right?

Well, do you want the same people who flag your Facebook posts and who claim you're a bad person for disagreeing with their political opinions to be able to take away your guns, just because they say so?

Okay, I know what you're thinking…

“But I have nothing to hide, so why should I care?”

Well, trust me, that's actually the most DANGEROUS thing you can say right now!

With all the nut-job “active shooters” out there… domestic terrorists… and left/right political extremists.. the government has created profile lists of what it considers “lone-wolf domestic terrorists” who could be the next mass-murder looking for their 15 minutes of fame on the nightly news.

To fight back against this threat to our rights…

I did my own research.

I talked to digital experts (skip-tracers, hacking experts, federal whistleblowers, Constitutional attorneys, etc.).

And I was SHOCKED at what I discovered!

But then I took action so that my online activity, and my “digital” footprint, can't be used against me the way it was used against Gary J. Willis and Brandon Wagshol!

And trust me, even though I have a website and “online stuff”, I am NOT a “tech-savvy” dude by any stretch of the imagination!

In other words, if I can do it, you can do it, and I bet Brandon Wagshol wishes HE had!

If you want my notes and “how-to” blueprint for protecting yourself online, I put them all inside the “Digital Ghost Protocol” manual you can check out here as part of my “Freedom War” report.

These tactics could be the ONLY thing that saves YOU from being “red flagged”!

Look… our forefathers fought for our freedom, right?

But it's up to US – you and me – to keep that freedom alive and it starts right in your own home.

Our country NEEDS patriots like us.

We all gotta stick together.

But you gotta watch your own back first – both in real life, and on the Internet.

If they defund COPS, you NEED your guns!

Our civil rights have really taken a beating this year, and it's about to get worse.

With more and more police departments talking about defunding the police, and police actually walking off the job to protest arrests of their fellow officers, we could all end up on our own.

Imagine calling 911… and there's NOBODY who can come help you.

More than ever, you need a gun to protect yourself and your family… but gun owners are also being treated worse than ever.

During the pandemic, gun stores were declared “non-essential,” gun permit systems were shut down, and background check systems were suspended to halt gun sales.

Those same power-mad authorities are the same ones who want to disband police departments, but they ALSO want to take your guns away.

And now, with the rioting and looting going unchecked, these people have gotten a real taste of power.

It's only a matter of time before they start issuing MORE unconstitutional attacks on your gun rights.

I mean, most of them hate gun owners and firearms rights when things are GOOD, to say nothing of a national emergency.

For a long time now, these same anti-gun dictators have been using the law to hassle gun owners.

Whether it's requiring insurance, passing laws that say gun owners can't buy insurance, or suing and prosecuting gun owners into bankruptcy when they do use their weapons, these efforts are all built on you being all alone when they come after you.

Well, that's where Tim Schmidt's United States Concealed Carry Association can help.

I've been a friend of Tim Schmidt's for years (since before he even founded the United States Concealed Carry Association).

But more importantly, I've been a USCCA MEMBER for years!

Look, you and I both know that the courts aren't always “gun friendly” and you can't count on your “Cousin Vinnie” to get you out of jail after a self-defense shooting… no matter if you were 100% legally justified or not.

The attorney bills alone could sink your family's entire savings – even if you're found innocent!

That's why you need a strong legal ally like the USCCA to have your back AFTER you were forced to protect yourself.

And now's the time to sign up, with the political winds shifting toward even MORE anti-gun laws and bans.

“Stand Your Ground” Laws: A Dangerous Myth That Puts CCW’ers In JAIL

Her hands shaking, Mary desperately worked the action of the .22 rifle she carried in her trunk.

That's when the rifle fired into the gas station pavement!

Taking a step forward, Mary's attacker hit her so hard that she stumbled half a car-length away.

Desperate, her head throbbing from the vicious punch, Mary raised her rifle and put the sights over the maniac's chest.

As her finger tightened on the trigger, she had no way of knowing just how bad things might get AFTER she fired again!

Stand Your Ground Laws: The Louis Daniel Shooting In Houston

So many people have been stuck at home these last two months, worrying about looters and home invaders, that we need to talk about “stand your ground” now more than ever.

(Yes, I realize “castle doctrine” and “stand your ground” aren't the same thing, but I've gotten several emails from people referring to what they can and cannot do when “standing their ground” while confronting a home invader.)

Mary's case, which is a great lesson in what not to do, went down in Houston a few years ago.

Mary – not her real name – was just 23 years old at the time.

She had stopped to fill up at a gas station, something you or I do without even thinking about it.

That's when a creep identified as Louis Daniel started circling her like a shark.

Daniel was sexually harassing and catcalling Mary, trying to get her attention.

He was also, according to the police reports, carrying a knife in his hand.

When he stopped circling Mary and started to close distance with her, she popped her car's trunk and went to get the .22 rifle she had in there.

She also tried to warn Daniel off, but he didn't listen.

Mary, realizing he was coming at her with a knife, figured she'd better get ready to shoot.

(The news doesn't say this in those words, but reading between the lines, I think she fired once into the pavement while trying to chamber a round.)

After Daniel hit her so hard that he knocked her back across the car, she raised the rifle and shot him dead.

Sounds like a great “woman defends herself successfully” story, right?

Only luck – and, possibly, the fact that this happened in Texas and not a state like New York or California – prevented Mary from being charged with manslaughter.

She was, after all, detained by the cops, so they were at least thinking of trying to put her in jail.

See, there was a LOT of debate after the shooting about whether Mary was within her rights under the “stand your ground” law.

And while I don't think any creep has the right to harass (or attack) a young woman just trying to put gas in her car, the fact is, Mary made a BIG mistake.

Mary's Potentially Life-Ruining Mistake

Mary bought into the myth that too many gun owners believe about “stand your ground”.

She thought that because she had the right to stand her ground, she didn't have to try to just… leave!

From what I've seen online and in comments, a lot of us who are armed for self-defense think that's what “stand your ground” is.

But the DA could just as easily argued that if Mary had to “go get” her gun from the trunk, she had plenty of time to avoid the situation completely.

She could have gotten into her car and locked the door.

She could have driven away.

She had enough time, while Daniel was harassing her, to open her trunk, remove the rifle, and chamber it… so she had enough time to avoid the shooting completely.

Honestly, I'm kind of surprised she didn't get charged.

(I've looked and looked, but I can't find Mary's real name or any record that she went to trial, so my conclusion is that the DA chose not to go after her.)

She got lucky… but you, amigo, can't count on luck if you shoot someone claiming “stand your ground” when you could simply have left and avoided the whole thing.

Now, I hope Mary took from this that she should be carrying a gun ON her, rather than carrying it around in her car's trunk.

But I hope everyone reading her story will also understand that her mistake is just ONE of the lessons you need to learn about the legal realities of self-defense.

If you don't understand the law, it won't matter what you thought you were doing.

You could be arrested and put on trial for a shooting if you don't follow all the legal guidelines for using a gun in self-defense.

In other words, you can't count on Mary's luck, which means you could:

Spend months in jail while your trial grinds slowly on…

Go bankrupt paying for your legal defense, even if you get off…

…And even go to prison and lose years of time with your family as your life crumbles around you!

To avoid making these mistakes, you need simple, easy-to-understand guidelines for when you can shoot and when you can't.

I feel so strongly about this that I put together a free DVD that explains it all.

All you have to do is pay for shipping – and tell me where to send it.

Don't wait on this, okay?

The information I'm talking about is the difference between doing everything right and going home to your family…

…and making a simple mistake that could cost you everything.

New Decade, New & Old Threats: A 2020 Message From MCS

Happy New Year!

If you're like me, you hope for the best… but you plan for the worst as we start this new decade.

I hate to say it, but just because the calendar changes doesn't mean other things do.

Yes, we're looking at new threats in the coming year.

But we also have to deal with some threats that have never gone away… and some that are getting worse.

For example, I was reading a news article in CNBC last week – I know, I'm a thrill a minute, right? – that really made me worry.

It said that presidential elections have turned into “money wars” – basically, a competition among corporate political action committees.

These super PACs and other “dark money” groups, including Big Tech, are “infusing their interests” into our politics.

In other words, Big Tech is buying Big Government – and the two are working overtime to destroy YOUR freedoms.

Fueled by (and bought out through) this “dark money,” our administration(s), “intelligence” community, the tech Bigwigs who run “social media” and determine what you can and can't say, and even the upper echelons of law enforcement have turned their targeting inwards to our own citizens.

They've collected our data without permission.

They've banned us for “wrongthink” whenever we step out of line.

They've spied on us, tracked us, scanned us, and even called us “terrorists” without due process of law – all because of what we think and what we say.

Every time you turn around, there's some new scandal involving Google and Facebook manipulating us.

Everywhere you look, politicians are doing an end-run around the Constitution, infringing on our rights in the name of the “greater good.”

(And that's to say nothing about all the talk in Virginia right now about banning guns – or using social media and tech databases to amass “confiscation lists” to take your right to self-defense.)

Lately, they're all excited about using “red flag” laws to take away your guns – again, without due process.

All it takes is somebody accusing you of “thoughtcrime” and then you're guilty until proven innocent.

The Feds even demanded recently that Apple and Google hand over the names of their app store customers, so the government can investigate anyone who downloaded a gun scope app.

That's right: They're targeting gun owners in the name of “keeping us all safe,” because they claim the app developer violated export restrictions.

I'm sure it's just a coincidence that they'll be able to use the app data to make a list of anybody who owns a rifle with a scope on it (who also used the app).

Remember, it wasn't that long ago that official government documents labeled the most patriotic of our citizens — people like you and me — as “enemies of the state“.

The sad fact is, in 2020, our government and our Big Tech overlords will STILL be treating us, the American public, as the real threat to their power.

In the name of protecting us from future terror attacks, or stopping “bad people” from doing “bad things” here at home, they're scanning our emails… tapping our phones… and collecting our personal data without our knowledge.

In fact, just a couple months ago, Google and YouTube were fined $170 MILLION DOLLARS by the Federal Trade Commission for collecting your kids' information without permission.

To your government and to giant corporations like Google, hundreds of millions of dollars are just a drop in the bucket.

With nothing to stop them, they're going to keep on spying on you, manipulating you, and violating your Constitutional rights

…all while telling you that it's for your own good!

And thanks to government initiatives like The Patriot Act and all the new laws they're passing now, you can be “red flagged,” rounded up, and held against your will as a potential “home grown terrorist” because of your beliefs — things like:

  • Believing in the 2nd Amendment
  • Storing away “survival food”
  • Buying more than 2 guns
  • Purchasing “excessive” amounts of ammo
  • Even comments you make on Facebook and Twitter!

And that's not even the worst of it…

Your neighbors will actually be financially REWARDED to turn you in as a “suspect” if they know (or even THINK) you are doing any of these actions, because the government has set up “tip lines” so they can squeal on you.

If you see something, say something… right?

Please hear me now…

Things continue to get worse out there.

And with the presidential elections coming this year, it's going to start getting that much more terrifying… that much faster!

But you already know that, don't you?

What you might NOT know are the simple steps you should be taking… no wait… that you MUST be taking… in order to protect yourself from these attacks on our rights and freedoms.

Don't tell yourself that there's nothing you can do.

Don't just give up, or try not to think about it.

There are things we can do to stay off the radar.

We need to STOP giving our information to the government and to Big Tech.

I'll share the exact steps I'm personally taking in this video here…

It isn't actually difficult to stop them from spying on you.

But you've got to start now.

Don't make more mistakes.

Don't make it easier for these people to invade your privacy and attack your rights.

We need to start living as “underground patriots.”

The country needs people like us.

A “new world” of threats – as we enter this new decade – calls for a new kind of “patriot”.

But we can't be there for our country and for those we love and protect if we're sitting in jail after getting red-flagged as “domestic terrorists.”

In 2020, now more than ever, it's time to stand up for both our country and our rights as Americans.

CCW Legal Defense: “Self Defense” Law DOESN’T CARE About You!

I had a conversation with a reader the other day that scared the crap out of me

It was during the regular “open office hours” that we do each week for New World Patriot Alliance members.

An NWPA member named Steve called me from New York State.

As you probably already know, New York hates guns, so it's hard to get a CCW permit there, and Steve was looking for other options.

Right now, he told me, he carries nonmetallic self-defense knives – specifically, one of those Super Secret Squirrel Shadow Ninja Knives (kidding) made out of glass-reinforced Nylon.

One of my employees, Buck Greene (who also lives in New York), complained to me just the other day that New York just passed a law making these plastic knives illegal.

(If it was “commercially manufactured as a weapon,” and it can pass a metal detector test, just owning one could get you jail time in NY.)

I pointed this out to Steve, who didn't think it was a problem.

“I would hope a jury would take that into consideration,” he told me. “After all, if I defended myself and it was ‘justified force', they'd understand, right?”

And that's what scared me, because Steve needs to understand this very simple fact…

The Law DOESN'T CARE About You!

Self Defense Law: CCW Legal Defense Tips

The really frustrating thing about Steve's attitude is just how many people believe what he believes.

We all want to think that, sure, our laws make some things illegal, but if we have to bend the law for a good cause, justice will win out… right?

But you (and Steve) don't have to take my word for it, because there was JUST a case in New York that shows how big a mistake it is to assume “justice” is going to win.

In fact, just a few months ago, a man named Ronald Stolarczyk was arrested and imprisoned after he KILLED a pair of home invaders… but he's NOT being charged for shooting them!

You read that right.

Stolarczyk is a 64 y.o. man who heard the two coming up his stairs one afternoon last Spring.

The home invaders – a 57 y.o. woman and her 27 y.o. nephew – were looking to burglarize the house, according to authorities.

Stolarczyk told his lawyer that he was scared to death, convinced the pair were going to kill him.

“I didn't look at their hands,” he told state police. “I just saw them coming at me and I thought to myself, at that point, that it's either them or me.”

That's when he started shooting!

You or I would do the exact same thing, right?

But here's the thing (and it really gets right down to why Steve's comment bothered me so much)…

Stolarczyk was completely within his rights to shoot those home invaders – even in an anti-gun state like New York.

The cops even said as much.

But he's now staring down a felony charge… for gun possession!

You see, in New York, you have to have a permit to own ANY handgun… and those handguns have to be registered to you by serial number.

Stolarczyk inherited his gun from his father when his dad passed away, and he never bothered to register it.

Because of that screw-up, Stolarczyk defended himself completely legally, but he could still go to prison because the weapon he used wasn't legal in his state.

And that very thing will happen to Steve if he uses an illegal knife to defend himself, even if everything else about his self-defense situation is totally legal.

That's why I say the law doesn't care about you – not just in New York, but in every state.

If you end up in court after a self-defense shooting (or, in Steve's case, a self-defense stabbing), the courts won't care if you were trying to protect yourself.

Sure, they may not charge you for hurting your attacker… but you can sure as sh*t bet that a prosecutor (whose JOB it is to “get convictions”) will charge you for anything else you did that was illegal.

As we say in our Bulletproof Defense DVD, our legal system is not about “justice” – it's about the LAW – plain and simple!

But self-defense laws are complicated… they're picky… and they were written by people who don't care what you think you were trying to do.

To stay out of jail after you defend yourself, you've got to understand the very specific way the law works – and a lot of these ways don't make sense at first.

(My DVD explains all this and does so in simple, easy-to-understand language.)

This information could help you to choose your self-defense weapon the RIGHT way… and also help you protect your life in a way that won't land you in prison afterward.

If you'd like a free copy for yourself, you just have to let me know where to send it.

But don't wait on this – because I don't want to see you end up like Ronald Stolarczyk (and that means you too, Steve)!

Gun Rights Second Amendment (2A) Alert: How States Target Legal CCW Holders

CCW Laws By State: Concealed Carry Second Amendment (2A) Rights Alert

Her name is Haley Leach.

She's an attractive 29-year-old from Colorado who has a legal pistol permit to carry concealed.

But as far as the state of New York is concerned. . .

. . .she's a felon!

That's because this law-abiding citizen, who has a license to carry a gun legally in Colorado, intended to fly out of New York State.

When she tried to declare her gun at the Southwest Airlines counter in an Albany, NY airport, she was arrested for violating New York's handgun laws.

And it's all because she tried to do the right thing.

That's because Haley, who is definitely NOT one of the criminals gun laws are meant to STOP, didn't know. . .

3 Sneaky Tricks Prosecutors Use To Put LEGAL Gun Owners In Jail!

CCW Laws By State: Concealed Carry Second Amendment (2A) Rights Alert
CCW Laws By State: Concealed Carry Second Amendment (2A) Rights Alert

Look, I'm a gun owner.

I carry.

Legal gun owners like you and me are NOT the problem when it comes to violence in this country.

But too many lawyers, prosecutors, and District Attorneys in this country go after legal gun owners. . .

. . . and then pat themselves on the back, believing they've done something to stop crime.

This makes me REALLY MAD, but getting mad doesn't keep anybody out of jail.

If you want to stay out of jail and KEEP your CCW rights, you've got to be smarter than the sneaky anti-gunners trying to trick you into becoming a “criminal.”

Here are three tricks anti-gun states and their prosecutors use to target legal concealed carry.

1. Beware Of Airports

The TSA has very specific rules for transporting firearms.

You have to keep the gun locked up.

It has to have one of those “steal me” tags on it declaring that it's a firearm.

You have to put your hand over your heart and recite, “I'm a bad person because I'm a gun owner” the whole time you're in the airport.

(Okay, I made that last one up.)

But did you know that you can follow all these rules to the letter and STILL get arrested?

That's what happened to Georgia resident Patricia Jordan, who flew legally with her handgun (obeying all the TSA's rules) into New York.

When she tried to check her gun for the flight back home, she was told to “wait”. . .

. . . and then they arrested her for having the gun in New York State.

When it comes to your gun rights, AIRPORTS ARE A TRAP.

They're like a mini police-state where you are searched, interrogated, and treated like you're guilty until you prove yourself innocent.

If you try to take a gun through an airport, make sure you understand the letter of the law both in the state you're leaving and in the state you're traveling to.

2. Catching You “Transporting”

If you own guns, sooner or later you're going to have to transport them (like when you move).

There are laws affecting that sort of thing, too.

Unfortunately, Dustin Reininger didn't know that when, a few years ago, he was arrested in New Jersey.

Reininger was moving from Maine to Texas.

His guns were legal in Maine.

They were legal in Texas.

But they were supposedly, suddenly, magically ILLEGAL in the state he was simply PASSING THROUGH to get where he was going.

When he made the mistake of spending the night to rest in the state, he was arrested.

Even though the state's gun laws are meant to prevent crime, not merely punish legal gun owners passing through the state, New Jersey's prosecutors didn't care.

That means you not only have to know the gun laws in the state you leave and the state you're going to when you transport firearms. . .

. . . you have to know the law all along your travel route.

(Are you getting mad yet?)

3. Looking For Dead CCW Holders

Another story out of gun-hating New York involves a man who successfully fought off a home invasion.

Ronald Stolarczyk, who is 64 years old, used a pistol in self-defense when he fatally shot a pair of home invaders who were going through his stuff.

Unfortunately for him, the gun he used belonged to his father legally.

In New York, you're not allowed to inherit your dad's handgun if you don't have a permit specifically registered to that gun by serial number.

In other words, Stolarczyk is staring down the barrel of felony possession of an illegal handgun. . .

. . . all because he shot two home invaders.

The authorities in New York regularly comb through the CCW rolls, looking for CCW holders who have passed away.

Then, they target the dead gun owner's family members to make sure the handguns involved are accounted for.

As nuts as all these dirty tricks sound, they're perfectly legal in states that have these gun-hating laws.

If you want to stay ahead of sneaky tactics like this, while preserving your right to carry and move freely around this nation, you've got to know the laws.

More importantly, you've got to understand what those laws mean to YOU.

It's a shame that we, as law-abiding gun owners, have to treat our state's legal systems as a potential threat.

Unfortunately, that's the sad reality of carrying concealed today.
